  Technical support is available at no charge for registered customer. The best way to report problems is send e-mail to support@jxdev.com.
When reporting problems, please include the following information:
  • Is the problem reproducible? If so, how?
  • What version of Windows are you running (Windows 98, Windows 2000, etc.)?
  • What version of LANView are you running (to see what version LANView you have, choose About from the Help menu)
  • If a dialog box with an error message was displayed, please include the full text of the dialog box, including the text in the title bar.
